These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gadgetsbazar.in (the "Site") and any purchase made through the Site, our physical store, or via WhatsApp/phone with Ohm Sree Gadgets Bazar LLP ("Gadgets Bazar", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer, discontinue a product, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
• Prices for products are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product packaging, colour, or accessories may vary slightly.
• We sell genuine products; however, we are not the manufacturer of branded products sold on the Site, and manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are honoured as per the manufacturer's own policy.

4. Orders

• Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of stock.
• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. Payments

• We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, through our secure payment gateway or at our physical store/POS.
• All payments made through the Site are processed via third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to restrict or withdraw COD availability for certain pin codes, order values, or customers at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines provided on the Site or at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon collection from our store.
• It is your responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.

8. User Accounts

• If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe, at our sole discretion, violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
