This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on gadgetsbazar.in or with Ohm Sree Gadgets Bazar LLP ("Gadgets Bazar", "we", "us", "our"). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Cancellations — Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time before it has been shipped from our store.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at +91 81253 51591 or support@gadgetsbazar.in with your order number, and we will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the order has already been shipped by the time you reach out, it can no longer be cancelled, and this policy's delivery terms (Section 2) will apply instead.
2. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
- Once an order has been delivered to you (or collected from our store), it is considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.
- We strongly encourage you to verify product specifications, compatibility, and quantity carefully before confirming your order.
3. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a product that is physically damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or different from what you ordered, you must report this to us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at +91 81253 51591 or support@gadgetsbazar.in with your order number and clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Claims reported after this window may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify whether the issue occurred in transit or afterward.
- Once a claim is reviewed and approved by us, we will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method. This is the sole remedy for such cases — no exchange for a different product or model is offered under this exception.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold through Gadgets Bazar carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims (for issues arising after the 24-hour delivery-damage window in Section 3) must be handled directly with the manufacturer or their authorised service centre, as per the warranty card or documentation included with your product. We can assist in directing you to the right service centre but are not responsible for honouring manufacturer warranty terms ourselves.
5. Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds (under Sections 1 or 3) are processed to the original payment method used at checkout — UPI, card, or net banking.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time, after we initiate the refund.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before shipping, no payment will have been collected, so no refund is necessary. For COD orders eligible for a refund under Section 3, we will coordinate with you directly on the refund method.
6. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in person at our physical store are subject to the same policy: returns and refunds are not offered once you have taken the product, except for manufacturing defects identified at the time of purchase before leaving the store, or as covered under Section 3 if applicable to in-store pickup orders.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
For clarity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:
- The product has been delivered and accepted without a damage/defect report within 24 hours;
- The product has been used, installed, or its packaging/seals broken beyond inspection, except where necessary to verify a defect reported under Section 3;
- Change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, or compatibility issues not disclosed to us before purchase;
- Products marked as final sale, clearance, or open-box at the time of purchase.

9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. The policy in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
