1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• The product is returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Used or physically damaged items.

• Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

 

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.

• Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

 

4. Return Shipping

• Customers must ensure the returned product is packed securely.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged product).
